Lakeside Village is located just 4 miles north-west of Ashford and 16 Miles south-east of Maidstone on the A20. It is close to junction 9 of the M20. Central London takes just 38 minutes on the train.

How to get to Lakeside Village – if travelling from the M25 join the M20 at junction 3. From junction 9 of the M20 take the A20 towards Ashford/Charring for 4 miles and look out for the sign on the left. (Satnav Postcode TN25 4LN – Chapel Road)

Ashford International station offers regular services to London and many other towns in Kent as well as international services to France and Belgium.

Lakeside Village boarders the common and has direct access to it. The common comprises of 143 acres and is managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust. It is the last remaining substantial area of heathland and lowland valley bog left in Kent. The site is designated as an area of special scientific interest and a local nature reserve.
